Data Gathering & Preparation: Collect data from approved sources, validate accuracy, and prepare for analysis.

Analysis & Visualization: Use SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to query databases, develop business decision models, and create dashboards.

Reporting & Communication: Develop reports and analyses, present findings, and communicate results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Identify business issues, support root-cause analysis, and collaborate on solutions. Support ad-hoc analyses, including deep dives to explain performance changes.

Performance Monitoring: Develop monitoring tools and frameworks for KPIs and operational metrics.

Project & Request Management: Under mentorship and guidance from senior team members, participate meaningfully in key projects of moderate complexity to drive results.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure data integrity and adherence to governance standards.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, team members, and leaders to generate actionable insights that support decision-making. Begin developing an understanding of operations, finance, etc. to support effective analytics design and execution.

Documentation: Record data flows and maintain process documentation.

Knowledge Building: Participate in training, webinars, and continuous learning opportunities.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence preferred

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau).

Strong analytical and engineering problem-solving skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, with strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
