- Create and support Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing processes, including lead generation, opportunities, and case management
- Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, case paths and statuses, record stages, approval processes, and Lightning components to streamline workflows and improve productivity
- Design, implement, and maintain dashboards, reports, and charts that provide actionable insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making
- Perform ongoing configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancements to maintain a scalable and sustainable Salesforce architecture for processes, tools, and users
- Manage user security, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, sharing rules, and public groups to ensure appropriate data access
Requirements
Our client, a dynamic organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator to join their team. As a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, you will be part of the IT support team, supporting Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a passion for continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization., * Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator or equivalent hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, approval processes, role hierarchies, users, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and change sets
- Ability to configure, test, document, and deploy Salesforce enhancements while maintaining scalable architecture and strong data governance standards
- Experience supporting users, troubleshooting tickets, gathering requirements, and communicating effectively with employees across varying technical knowledge levels
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Salesforce administration
