Support mission-critical Commercial and Federal Healthcare environments while leveraging your expertise in Application Performance Monitoring (APM), AppDynamics, Windows/Linux administration, and security compliance.
We're seeking a highly skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring application reliability, performance, and security across complex enterprise systems.
What You'll Do
Administer and optimize the AppDynamics platform across Linux and enterprise application environments
Monitor application health, troubleshoot performance issues, and identify root causes of bottlenecks
Install, configure, and maintain AppDynamics agents (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.)
Build custom dashboards, alerts, health rules, and automated monitoring solutions
Manage Windows Server and RHEL Linux environments, including patching, health checks, and system maintenance

Requirements
6+ years of experience in Systems Administration and Application Performance Monitoring
Hands-on experience administering AppDynamics (installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and reporting)
IAT Level II Certification
Strong Windows Server and RHEL Linux administration experience
Active Directory and Group Policy administration knowledge
Experience with PowerShell, scripting, and automation tools
Understanding of application architectures, cloud platforms, and performance monitoring best practices AppDynamics Certification (Associate or Professional)
Experience with Dynatrace, New Relic, or other APM platforms
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience supporting federal or healthcare environments
Current or recent DoD Clearance
Active Secret Clearance
