Job description
Sr Systems Analyst - CLR, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Provide SAP functional/technical expertise in process areas and key integration points across SAP modules and technical components. Design and deploy integrated end-to-end solutions in partnership with the IT delivery team. Document fit/gap analysis and design decisions. Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow (RICEFW). Interface with third party vendors for technical consulting during solution design, development, and ongoing support. Ensure technical design and delivery align to functional specifications and meet quality requirements. Perform complete system configuration work in architecture, security, and data standards. Provide input to role-based security designs and solutions. Identify technology risks and opportunities to improve process. Provide regular status updates and other documentation to management for assigned project, support, and enhancement work. Support project implementation transitions. Resolve escalated support issues and support audit requests.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Business, Applied Computer Science, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.
Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
- Working in one or more SAP modules;
- Completing at least two (2) full lifecycle SAP deployments;
- Working with key integration areas in Order Management, Supply Chain and Manufacturing; and
- SAP solutions covering product compliance or product safety processes.
Up to 25% national and international travel required.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between, Salary: $169,320 - $179,320/yr
