Job description
- We are looking for an experienced Archer Developer to join our team and support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Archer platform.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Archer application development, workflow automation, integrations, data management, and platform administration.
- This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to deliver scalable Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), and business process solutions., * Archer Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, notifications, calculations, and reports.
- Build and enhance Archer solutions using core platform capabilities and best practices.
- Perform platform upgrades, application migrations, and solution deployments across environments.
- Design and implement integrations between Archer and enterprise systems using:
- Archer Data Feed Manager (DFM)
- Web Services/API integrations, ETL processes, SQL-based data loads
Scope & Impact:
- Serve as platform owner or practice lead; align Archer roadmap to enterprise GRC strategy and regulatory mandates.
- Own budgeting, vendor relations, licensing, and platform capacity planning; define KPIs/OKRs for the GRC program.
- Influence governance committees and exec stakeholders; champion risk culture and data-driven decisions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define and enforce platform architecture standards, naming conventions, taxonomy governance, and change controls across portfolios.
- Prioritize backlog with business; establish release calendars, DevSecOps processes, and audit-ready documentation
- Oversee platform upgrades, resiliency/DR, BCP testing, and regulatory examinations support.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Archer team; establish career ladders, training, and certification plans.
- Measure and report program value: risk reduction metrics, control maturity, SLA/OLA adherence, and delivery predictability.
Requirements
- Lead: 8+ yrs with platform ownership, governance, budgeting, and strategic stakeholder management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with India's DPDP Act, GDPR (if applicable), and internal AI governance-including model risk management for any AI/analytics tied to Archer data.
- Set the Responsible AI policy for Archer initiatives: approved tools, PII/PHI handling, prompt libraries, and human oversight requirements
- Experience with Archer APIs and custom integration frameworks.
