CV Resources is partnering with a global industry leader to identify a Payroll Systems & HR Technology Lead to join their corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll systems professional who enjoys leading cross-functional initiatives, driving process improvements, and optimizing enterprise payroll technology.   • Lead payroll systems projects, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to optimize payroll technology
  • Support system configuration, testing, implementations, and ongoing enhancements
  • Analyze complex payroll system issues and develop scalable solutions
  • Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Support integrations, reporting, data integrity, and system performance

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Payroll Systems, HRIS, Payroll Operations, or a related field
  • Experience supporting enterprise payroll platforms (ADP Vantage experience is highly preferred)
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and multi-state payroll environments
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience working in SOX-controlled or highly regulated environments is a plus
