Job description

Join a Fortune 500 manufacturing leader as an IT App Developer II, supporting the applications that keep production running efficiently. In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot and enhance manufacturing applications, develop software improvements using C# and SQL, support Oracle-based databases, and work directly with engineering, operations, and plant leadership to resolve critical production issues.

If you enjoy solving technical challenges in a manufacturing environment while developing and supporting business-critical systems, this is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact., * Support and maintain manufacturing applications, including MES and custom business systems

  • Troubleshoot application, database, and production issues to minimize downtime
  • Develop, test, debug, and implement enhancements using C# , SQL , and Visual Studio
  • Analyze application code and troubleshoot software written in C# and Python
  • Write SQL queries to investigate data issues and ensure database integrity
  • Support Oracle and SQL Server environments
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Create technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles
  • Participate in software testing, deployments, and change management activities
  • Assist with application administration and user account management
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and provide occasional after-hours support, * No third party resumes will be accepted
  • Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted

Requirements

Education: Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field., * C#

  • SQL
  • Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Oracle or other relational databases
  • Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills
