Job description
As a Managed Networks Technician, you will be the hands-on face of our technology. You will install, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced wireless systems in multi-dwelling units and residential properties.
- Deploy Advanced Tech: Install and provision high-end Wireless Access Points (WAPs), run and secure Cat5/Cat6 cabling, and wire wall jacks.
- Consult & Educate: Work directly with customers to set up their managed routers, link their smart devices, configure Arlo security cameras, and set up outdoor Wi-Fi solutions.
- Problem Solve: Identify and eliminate rogue access points, resolve interference, and collaborate with IT help desks to iron out complex configuration issues.
- Own Your Craft: Document support processes, test new client devices, and manage your administrative paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.

A basic understanding of Cat5/Cat6 cabling and home router functions.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.

Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and navigate tight spaces (kneeling, crawling, bending).
