Job description

As a Managed Networks Technician, you will be the hands-on face of our technology. You will install, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced wireless systems in multi-dwelling units and residential properties.

  • Deploy Advanced Tech: Install and provision high-end Wireless Access Points (WAPs), run and secure Cat5/Cat6 cabling, and wire wall jacks.
  • Consult & Educate: Work directly with customers to set up their managed routers, link their smart devices, configure Arlo security cameras, and set up outdoor Wi-Fi solutions.
  • Problem Solve: Identify and eliminate rogue access points, resolve interference, and collaborate with IT help desks to iron out complex configuration issues.
  • Own Your Craft: Document support processes, test new client devices, and manage your administrative paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.

  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.

  • Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and navigate tight spaces (kneeling, crawling, bending).
