Senior Web Application Developer (ASP .NET MVC) - US Citizenship Required

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system architecture, and design scalable solutions utilizing UML for system modeling.
• Develop and maintain backend systems, APIs, and services utilizing C#, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), and RESTful API standards.
• Implement front-end features using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and HTML/CSS to deliver engaging user interfaces.
• Integrate databases including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle (PL/SQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and participate in Agile software development cycles to ensure code quality and project timelines are met.
• Design system architecture for distributed systems and microservices using cloud infrastructure like AWS or Azure to enhance scalability and reliability.
• Utilize version control tools such as GitHub, TFS (Team Foundation Server), SVN (Apache Subversion), and Visual Studio for efficient source code management.
• Support CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes ensuring continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Apply best practices in application design, security protocols, system design for system development, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

• Recent 8+ years of ASP.Net C# MVC-based web development experience using Visual Studio 2017 or higher.
• 5+ years of .Net Core/Standard development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies, including participation in sprints, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
• Experience as a developer in a software environment that supported more than 10,000 users and a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) with more than 250 tables and 1 million total rows.
• Significant recent Java Script development experience.
• Significant development experience with Cascading System Sheets (CSS).
• Experience with relational data models and SQL.
• Experience with XML and programming libraries for XML manipulation.
• Agile project and development experience utilizing Team Foundation Server.
• Ability to quickly deliver small projects, and to frequently transition between projects and applications.
• Experience in packaging and delivering software and documentation to a production environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret clearance.
