Job description
- Plan and coordinate product delivery(deployment) with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Support field installation and punch-list activities.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and concerns to project stakeholders.
- Document field observations and escalate technical or operational concerns as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate deployment records, reports, and project documentation.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes, field modifications, and lessons learned to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure strict compliance with Rosendin safety protocols, MPS deployment process, and project-specific quality assurance procedures.
- Build collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders to support successful product delivery.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the deployment lifecycle.

- Proficient and comfortable using company-provisioned technology resources.Computer, iPad, smartphone and associated programs and apps.
- Basic understanding of construction principles.
- Basic technical aptitude to interpret detail drawings and construction blueprints or ability to learn quickly.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including field personnel, project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn documentation systems.
- Willingness to travel as business needs require., * Associate's degree or technical certification in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-2 years of experience supporting construction, manufacturing, commissioning, deployment, field operations, logistics, or project coordination.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- TSA approved travel documents. REAL ID, Enhanced DL, Passport, etc.
TRAVEL
- Up to 75%., * 75% of work time is spent on active construction project sites, with the remaining 25% at a manufacturing facility.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Demands physical agility to navigate uneven terrain, climb ladders, and work at heights in various weather conditions when on job sites.
- Requires wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots when in the field.
- Consistent mental and visual attention, hand-eye coordination, and finger dexterity are required for performing duties, especially when reviewing technical documents or operating equipment.
