We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Network & Systems Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. Join us to play a vital role in supporting our IT operations and driving innovation across our digital landscape., * Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), VLANs, and wireless networks to ensure high availability and performance.
- Configure and support network hardware such as Cisco routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco ASA), load balancers, SAN (Storage Area Network), and RAID controllers for optimal data storage and transfer.
- Implement and maintain network security measures including Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine), PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), firewalls, encryption protocols like IPsec, SSL/TLS, and vulnerability assessments.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues related to routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP; network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; and hardware/software failures to minimize downtime.
- Manage system administration tasks across multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux distributions like Debian, CentOS, openSUSE, Ubuntu; virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi and vSphere; and cloud services like AWS and Azure.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python or Ansible to improve efficiency and consistency in system configuration and deployment.
- Monitor network performance with tools like SolarWinds or PRTG; conduct regular security audits; implement system hardening practices; support high availability configurations; and assist in disaster recovery planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in computer networking with expertise in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), network switching (Cisco switches), LAN/WAN configuration, VLAN setup, VPN configuration, QoS policies, and load balancing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles including firewall management (Cisco ASA), SSO integration, LDAP/Active Directory management, PKI implementation, encryption standards, vulnerability assessment tools like Splunk or SolarWinds.
- Hands-on experience supporting diverse IT infrastructure components such as SAN storage systems, RAID controllers, VMware vSphere/ESXi environments, Linux/Unix servers (Debian/Ubuntu/BSD/Solaris), Windows servers.
- Familiarity with network management frameworks aligned with ITIL best practices; proficiency in scripting for automation; understanding of SDLC processes for secure software development lifecycle.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex system issues involving network hardware/software failures or configuration errors; ability to perform root cause analysis efficiently.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP Cisco certifications or equivalent networking credentials are preferred.

Benefits & conditions
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
