Electrical Designer (Arc Flash)

• Develop, draft, and publish electrical construction documents for data centers and high-profile commercial projects.
• Perform drafting work under the direction of project managers and engineers, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines.
• Create and maintain company-specific AutoCAD standards and technical details.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve design challenges and improve drafting processes.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Support project documentation, including design revisions, as-built drawings, and technical submittals.
• Assist in the integration of Revit models and BIM coordination when applicable.

Meade is looking for an experienced Electrical Designer II - Arc Flash, to design & draft electrical engineering construction plans for data centers and other high-profile commercial construction projects. Prior experience with electrical drafting work is preferred but will also consider mechanical, plumbing, structural or architectural backgrounds. • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Ability to work in a team environment with Project Managers, Engineers and Designers.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be motivated by deadlines, and possess the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office products, especially excel.
• Revit experience a plus.
• Communication skills both written and verbal are required.
• Knowledge of the principles within engineering and construction field preferred.
