Senior Manager - Kinaxis Techno-Functional Architect & Delivery Lead (BMS Program)

We are looking for a Senior Manager specialized in Kinaxis to lead a growing, strategically important BMS portfolio from the US. This is a dual role that blends deep techno-functional architecture with hands-on program and delivery management. The successful candidate will own the solution direction, safeguard delivery quality, manage customer expectations day to day, and help shape and win new opportunities as the portfolio expands. Because this is a growing portfolio, we need a leader with strong onsite presence on both the techno-functional and program-management fronts - someone comfortable operating as the architect in the room and the delivery owner accountable for outcomes., Immediate priorities (near term) Provide real-time UAT and Go-Live support for the BMS transformation program during the July August 2026 cutover window, acting as the escalation point for functional and technical issues. Serve as the Techno-Functional Architect for BMS transformation projects - owning solution design, configuration integrity, and end-to-end fit across the Kinaxis landscape. Own real-time customer expectation management, keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs throughout the delivery cycle. Long-term priorities (ongoing / portfolio growth) Support the team with delivery management and solutioning, providing architectural guidance, unblocking issues, and raising the quality bar across engagements. Act as Techno-Functional Consultant for upcoming BMS projects, including the Attribute-Based Planning (ABP) pilot and downstream integration workstreams. Help scale the portfolio by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding additional onsite project managers and techno-functional architects as demand grows. Liaise with adjacent practices (e.g., SAP) and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure integrated, coherent solutions across the customer's technology ecosystem. Lead the overall portfolio from the US, providing onsite leadership, governance, and a single point of accountability to the customer.

Proven experience as a Kinaxis techno-functional architect / consultant (Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro), with deep hands-on configuration and solution-design expertise. Strong track record in supply chain planning (demand, supply, S&OP/IBP, aggregate/annual planning, inventory). Demonstrated delivery and program management experience - running end-to-end implementations, managing scope/timeline/budget/risk, and leading cross-functional teams. Direct experience supporting UAT and Go-Live for large transformation programs. Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills, including expectation-setting and executive communication. Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and coordinating across multiple practices and vendors. Willingness and ability to maintain a strong onsite presence in the US. Preferred Qualifications Relevant Kinaxis certifications (e.g., Author / Solution Consultant / Contributor levels). Experience in a client-facing consulting or systems-integrator environment. Background in life sciences / pharma or CPG supply chains. Hands-on experience with Attribute-Based Planning (ABP) and integration architecture within the Kinaxis platform. Exposure to pre-sales / solutioning and shaping new opportunities for portfolio growth.
