Lead Datacenter Technician

• Lead end-to-end execution of data center manual labor activities including:
• Moving pallets, uncrating racks, unboxing servers, assembling racks, racking PDU's and racking devices
• Oversee rack & stack, structured cabling (fiber/copper), and labeling standards
• Ensure proper asset tracking, tagging, and chain of custody during removal and install phases
• Technical Leadership and Execution
• If required, the Data Center Team Lead will oversee and manage the following:
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for all on-site issues during refresh cycles
• Lead troubleshooting of hardware failures, connectivity issues, and install/configuration gaps
• Validate system readiness through:
• Power-on checks
• Burn-in testing
• Network connectivity validation
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure new infrastructure meets performance and configuration standards, if required
