IT Associate I

As an IT Associate I, you will play a key role in ensuring that staff across multiple programs have the technology and support they need to serve individuals and families effectively., As an IT Associate I, you will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting the organization's technical infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical support and problem resolution to end users across multiple sites
• Respond to and assist staff with Help Desk requests in a timely manner
• Perform equipment moves, repairs, additions, and changes including end user devices and network equipment
• Install and configure PC hardware and software
• Collaborate with the IT team to create and update operational procedures
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing technical infrastructure including LAN/WAN networks, Windows servers, operating systems, Exchange, and workstations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure reliable network performance

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining secure, reliable systems, High school diploma required. Related certification or Associate's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience working with computers, network systems, project management concepts, information security practices, and technical infrastructure required.
