Job description
Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator II for a client in Des Moines, IA. This individual will support and optimize enterprise applications across the organization, with a primary focus on a large-scale enterprise platform implementation. They will partner closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT to ensure applications align with business needs and provide an exceptional user experience.
This role will be responsible for application administration, user support, troubleshooting system issues, workflow configuration, reporting, dashboard creation, testing, release management, and continuous process improvement initiatives. The individual will work across multiple business units and play a key role in the long-term success and adoption of critical enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities -Administer, configure, and support enterprise applications, CRM platforms, and other business systems -Support user access, security settings, roles, and permissions -Troubleshoot application issues and provide day-to-day support for business users -Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and application documentation -Support testing, upgrades, releases, and deployments in Sandbox and production environments -Gather business requirements and partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements -Support workflow automation and configuration changes -Maintain data integrity and assist with data quality initiatives -Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendors on application enhancements and implementations -Assist with training, system adoption, and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience administering nCino, Salesforce, CRM systems, business systems, or enterprise-level applications
- Experience supporting banking operations
- Experience working within Salesforce and/or Sandbox environments
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into workflows, system configurations, enhancements, and process improvements
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience supporting account opening, onboarding, treasury management, lending, or digital banking applications
Benefits & conditions
The compensation for this position is between $68,000-$78,000 depending on experience., Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
