Database Marketing/Analytics/Business Intelligence · IT Database Management/CRM · Business Analytics 1 7 hours ago Save Share In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen., * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish CRM-related KPIs, measure sales performance, and provide actionable business insights

  • Manage CRM campaign execution, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and optimize sales outcomes
  • Perform CRM administrative functions for the Ticket Sales and Partnerships teams, including lead management, database hygiene, user support, training, and execution of ad hoc requests
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce in-platform reports that deliver visibility into sales performance, operational metrics, and key business trends
  • Maintain CRM documentation and reporting standards, gather user feedback to improve adoption, and recommend system enhancements and best practices, We believe great organizations are built by great people. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience supporting or administering a Salesforce CRM platform

  • Past work as a consultant, business analyst, or similar role a plus

Demonstrated ability to work cross-departmentally and communicate at a high level

Strong passion for the business of sports with a can-do, hard-working, proactive attitude

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in SQL
