- Manage CRM campaign execution, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and optimize sales outcomes
- Perform CRM administrative functions for the Ticket Sales and Partnerships teams, including lead management, database hygiene, user support, training, and execution of ad hoc requests
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce in-platform reports that deliver visibility into sales performance, operational metrics, and key business trends
- Maintain CRM documentation and reporting standards, gather user feedback to improve adoption, and recommend system enhancements and best practices, We believe great organizations are built by great people. Requirements

At least 1 year of hands-on experience supporting or administering a Salesforce CRM platform

Past work as a consultant, business analyst, or similar role a plus
Demonstrated ability to work cross-departmentally and communicate at a high level
Strong passion for the business of sports with a can-do, hard-working, proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in SQL
