Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge of EA Frameworks, Methodologies, and Bodies of Knowledge - TOGAF, Business Architecture Guild (BizBok) and DAMA (DMBok) a plus. \n

Well-grounded in state-of-the-art principles of architectural modeling, event-driven architecture, enterprise information management, and software design and development. \n

Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of large-scale Rail Transportation system modernization in an enterprise setting. \n

Broad IT experience in technologies ranging from IBM Mainframe & TPF to Java and Spring-based microservices in event-driven system architectures. \n

Demonstrated success at delivering solutions that solve multi-domain business problems. \n, * Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience. \n

Requires fifteen+ years of experience in multiple IT areas and ten+ years of relevant technology architecture experience. \n

Experience defining and implementing solutions for rail transportation companies is required. \n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n

5 years+ knowledge of and practicing experience with SAFe. \n

Strong experience with Angular and enterprise-scale component-based UI architecture. \n

Hands-on expertise with Tailwind CSS and responsive, mobile-first design., * Experience integrating Tailwind with PrimeNG or similar UI component libraries.

Define and own enterprise UI architecture standards and design patterns across all applications. \n

Own and evolve the UI design system, including component behavior, variants, states, and theming. \n

Establish mobile-first and responsive design patterns, ensuring consistent behavior across devices and breakpoints. \n

Drive consistent use of Tailwind CSS with PrimeNG for layout, spacing, typography, and responsiveness. \n

Define front-end architectural patterns including application structure, routing approach, and shared UI libraries. \n

Translate UX/Figma designs into reusable, scalable, production-ready UI components. \n

Ensure UI consistency, performance, accessibility (WCAG), and usability across applications. \n

Establish UI governance practices to prevent divergence and ensure scalability as teams and apps grow. \n

Review and guide UI designs and implementations for new features and applications. \n

Mentor development teams and provide UI architecture guidance and best practices.
