Job description
Providing technical input and designs of large, complex IT solutions for new business proposals and existing systems as necessary
Research innovative trends and technologies, with a focus on healthcare industries, and make recommendations
Manage multi-environment solution builds for demonstrations to potential customers
Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams for proposal development
Create and maintain concise and clear solution documentation, including diagrams, data flows, and technology stacks
Technical writing covering response to Request for Proposals from Customers
Create and give presentations on recommended solutions and strategic IT roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders
Develop high-level plans to ensure seamless transition from existing to new systems
Establish rapport and maintain customer satisfaction without compromising priorities
Requirements
At least 10+ years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas Software architecture design IT Infrastructure and cloud hosting strategies and development Business analysis Project Management Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Deep analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively Ability to influence and negotiate Proposal and Business Writing skills Excellent reading comprehension skills ͏
Minimum Requirements: Candidate must have previous IT architecture experience in medium to large sized solutions
Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at various levels
3+ years project management experience with demonstrated ability in successfully managing IT projects.
Experience/Understanding of various industry leading Commercial-of-the-Shelf (COTS) applications
Experience with modern computing technologies, including cloud computing, Application Protocol Interfaces, Single Sign-On, and Business Intelligence/Data Science
Experience managing multiple vendors
Expertise in using Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, and Visio
Experience working within a matrix organization.
Working knowledge of health program administration in commercial, Medicare and Medicaid programs highly desired.

Preferred Requirements: Experience in all aspects of IT, including project management, networking, security, architecture, cloud, on premise and COTS based solutions
Experience with Cloud platforms - Microsoft Azure/M365/AWS/Salesforce Community Cloud
Industry certifications like TOGAF®, AWS Certified Solution Architect etc. will have added weightage
Experience and/or working knowledge of health program administration and claims processing in commercial, Medicare and/or Medicaid programs, Associate or Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, or Computer Science and Business Administration or equivalent work experience
