Automated Tester w/AI

We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a team focused on modernizing software testing through AI-powered automation. This role will help improve automated testing across web and mobile applications while partnering closely with developers to build faster, more reliable release cycles.

• Develop and maintain automated UI and API test suites
• Build and enhance automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar technologies
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test creation, scripting, debugging, and code reviews
• Support shift-left testing by integrating automation into the development lifecycle
• Execute automated testing through CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
• Partner with developers to improve software quality and reduce production defects
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and recommend improvements to automation processes
• Contribute to automation best practices and help expand test coverage across multiple applications, * Experience using AI tools to improve software testing or automation workflows, including technologies such as:

• Windsurf
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor
• Claude Code
• ChatGPT
• Gemini
• Katalon AI Assist
• Other AI coding assistants

• Experience testing REST APIs
• Experience with cloud applications or microservices
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or containerized applications
• Experience with Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, or similar cloud testing platforms

• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Development in Test (SDET)
• Strong experience with one or more automation frameworks:

• Playwright
• Selenium
• Cypress
• Katalon

• Experience creating automated UI and API tests
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or another scripting language
• Experience working in Agile development environments
