Job description
Processing of IT requirements or customer inquiries Support of our internal users as part of 1st and 2nd level support Support and operation of applications and operating systems, especially Windows and MS Office as well as relevant backend tools Execution of hardware and software installations in the data center On-site execution of maintenance activities in the data center Documentation in the ticket system or asset management system
Requirements
Completed training (Secondary Technical College, apprenticeship or comparable) with a focus on IT At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the field of IT support Strong communication and teamwork skills Independent and structured way of working Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €41,300.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
