As a Senior Technology Product Specialist within our Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will play a key role in supporting the evolution of our Rewards technology portfolio. You are the bridge between our clients' evolving needs and our development teams by translating market demands into innovative, user-centric technology solutions that drive real business value. You will support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our flagship Rewards platforms - including our Pay Equity Platform and My Benefits My Choice application -while contributing to the identification of new AI-driven and emerging technology opportunities that strengthen Deloitte's market position. Role Summary You are a technology-focused product specialist with a keen eye for user experience and a passion for solving complex business problems through elegant technology solutions. You combine strong product thinking with hands-on technical acumen, enabling you to work effectively with development teams from a business and governance perspective while remaining grounded in the realities of implementation and client impact. You work under the guidance and steering of senior product leadership., Product Development & Support

  • Support the development and execution of roadmaps for our Rewards technology portfolio, working under senior product leadership direction
  • Contribute to the definition of new features, innovations, and improvements that address market gaps and client pain points
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends, competitive offerings, and emerging solutions (including AI/ML applications in rewards management)
  • Identify and evaluate new technology opportunities and present recommendations to senior product leadership

Client-Centric Product Development

  • Meet regularly with clients, sales teams, and delivery teams to deeply understand business needs and translate them into tangible technology requirements
  • Act as the trusted advisor and translator between clients and IT development teams, supporting business priorities in technical decisions
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and identify friction points in the client experience to drive continuous optimization
  • Support client implementation projects from a technology perspective, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption

Product Definition & Execution

  • Create wireframes, user stories, and detailed product specifications that guide development teams
  • Write requirements and product definitions; contribute to prioritization of initiatives based on business impact and strategic alignment
  • Use Agile methodology to continuously improve product development processes and delivery cadence
  • Support execution of backlogs from inception through validation, deployment, and benefits measurement
  • Contribute to defining success metrics including platform performance, uptime, NPS, and user adoption

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Designers, Architects, Engineering leaders, and other product specialists across the company
  • Work with colleagues and teams across multiple countries to support the management of our multi-country deployed products
  • Collaborate from a business and governance perspective, ensuring IT teams understand strategic context and client impact

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in day-to-day technology delivery, product management or product strategy in a SaaS/Cloud environment
  • Proven experience translating client/market needs into product requirements and technology solutions
  • Experience working in professional services, consulting, or HR technology environments is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with and influence development/engineering teams from a business perspective
  • Track record of contributing to product roadmap execution and delivering solutions on time and within scope

Technical & UX/UI Mindset

  • Strong technology affinity with hands-on understanding of software development processes, architectures, and methodologies
  • Passion for user experience, design and a proven ability to identify and eliminate friction in user journeys
  • Comfortable with data and analytics; able to use insights to drive product decisions
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices
  • Basic understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management in technology delivery

Education & Languages

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's degree a plus)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable
