The Multi-Channel Sales tribe focuses on sustainable growth through technical excellence and data-driven approaches to build and maintain valuable customer relationships. With innovative campaign platforms and tailored approaches across all channels, we support the sales team in achieving long-term success and creating real added value for our customers. In the campaign data hub (CDH), we provide a consolidated, performant and quality assured operational data hub for all information required in the campaigning processes. We provide updated data every day and calculate KPIs (that can be adjusted easily on demand) in order to take business decisions. Our solution is flexible and scalable and provides an added business value for our data consumers in the MCS tribe.
What you do
- You will work on a strategic, cross-divisional project within a cross-functional team, utilizing agile methods.
- You'll build data pipelines with exciting technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, Glue, SQL, Amazon Web Services, GitHub, Kubernetes, and more.
- In this role, you will gradually take on your own task packages in the area of data engineering, including: developing and implementing scalable data architectures and pipelines
- You'll support monitoring data pipelines to identify and eliminate bottlenecks
- You'll ensure data quality and consistency through appropriate management and monitoring tools
Requirements
- You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- You have a basic understanding of Scrum processes
- Good SQL knowledge is a must
- Ideally, you have worked with one or more of the following tools: Snowflake, Glue, dbt, Jenkins, Terraform
- First experience with GIT Repo, AWS S3 and Knowledge on ETL Pipelines is a plus
- You have first experience working with databases, ELT processes, and data modeling
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience with CI/CD processes, and infrastructures from hyperscalers, preferably AWS
- You have a good command of English (Basic German skills would make some things easier) and are available immediately for a working student position (16-20 hours per week for at least one year)
