Job description

Most IT roles keep you chained to a desk. This one puts you right at the heart of our care homes, using technology to empower the incredible people who care for others.

We are looking for a brilliant, people-focused Systems Analyst to champion the systems that keep our care homes running smoothly. If you are a rare breed who loves diving into data just as much as you love coaching a team, this is the role you've been waiting for., You won't just be pushing buttons; you'll be driving change. As our Systems Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex software and everyday care.

  • Lead the Rollout: Spearhead the implementation and optimization of vital operational systems (including platforms like Medicare) across our portfolio.
  • Empower the Team: Be the friendly, confident face of our tech. You'll deliver hands-on training and coaching to our care home staff, ensuring they feel supported and confident.
  • Drive Efficiency: Work closely with operational teams to find clever ways to improve day-to-day efficiencies through technology.
  • Dive into the Data: Monitor system performance, analyze reports, spot trends, and identify exciting opportunities for improvement.
  • Solve Problems: Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support, ensuring user adoption is smooth, successful, and frustration-free.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is as approachable as they are analytical. To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • The Experience: A background in implementing or supporting healthcare or care home systems. (If you have direct experience within the care sector, we really want to hear from you!)
  • The Skills: Strong IT and analytical capabilities, with a knack for turning complex reports into clear, actionable insights.
  • The Voice: Excellent communication skills. You are a confident, patient trainer who can explain technical concepts to non-technical people with ease.
  • The Spirit: A willingness to hit the road! You love a change of scenery and are happy to travel regularly to our different services to support the teams in person.
