Technical Support Engineer

We're looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting clients with their technology, and ensuring reliable, high-quality service., * Provide first- and second-line technical support to clients across telecoms and IT services

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues (remote and on-site)
• Escalate complex cases to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary
• Configure, install, and maintain telecoms, networking, and IT systems
• Log and manage support tickets through the company CRM/helpdesk system
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
• Deliver excellent customer service, keeping clients updated throughout issue resolution
• Support the roll-out of new products, updates, and upgrades
• Assist the sales and project teams with technical input when required

• Previous experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
• Good knowledge of networking, telecoms, or IT systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage priorities in a busy support environment
• Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (for on-site visits)
