SAP Systems Trainer

• Support the deployment of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme
• Create and deliver SAP Manufacturing modules to business end users
• Conduct process assessments and stakeholder identification through Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Design and create role-based SAP user training
• Develop training content including classroom and online courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
• Assist with training impact assessments
• Create stakeholder training and engagement plans
• Ensure clear training delivery plans are executed on time
• Host on and off-site training events and provide floor-walking support
• Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training, and Communications teams

• Experienced SAP user
• 5 years in training creation and delivery
• Experience in creating simulation training
• Proficient in SAP EnableNow
• Proficient in Articulate RISE
• Knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules

We are an OEM client based in Solihull, seeking a SAP Systems Trainer to join our team on a contract basis, with a proposed end date of April 30, 2027. This role offers a competitive umbrella pay rate of £39.62 per hour. The role requires on-site presence 5 days a week during the deployment window across multiple company sites.
