- We capture, elicit and evolve requirements through clear, structured documents and models
- We provide ongoing support through delivery to ensure solutions remain aligned to operational needs
- We collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders, including scientists, mathematicians and physicists, to discuss future development needs in the Electronic Warfare domain
- We support in-field trials across the UK and internationally
- We help deliver current and next-generation technologies that support operational impact

Requirements
- Experience delivering Systems Engineering across the engineering lifecycle
- Experience with requirements management using DOORS, Enterprise Architect or similar
- Experience producing Systems Engineering documentation
- Experience in verification, validation and acceptance testing
- Experience engaging technical and operational stakeholders
- Experience with a high-level understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW) principles or exposure to EW-related systems
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including SysML/UML, is highly desirable
- Coding experience in JavaScript or MATLAB/Simulink is highly desirable
- Defence industry experience, particularly within Electronic Warfare (EW), is highly desirable
- Experience working with Electronic Warfare (EW) systems in the Armed Forces is highly beneficial
- We require you to be a UK National and eligible to work in the UK
- You must be eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government SC-level security clearance

We are MASS, helping solve complex defence and security challenges through systems engineering, software, electronic warfare and operational analysis to deliver mission-critical capability to UK Defence and its partners. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role based at Porton Down, Salisbury (SP4), working closely with Dstl on a major national defence transformation programme.
