  • Assemble, wire, and maintain lab test benches and fixtures used for BMS hardware validation.
  • Support functional testing, characterization, and troubleshooting of BMS boards and subsystems, capturing and documenting results.
  • Operate and maintain electronic test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads, function generators, and battery cyclers.
  • Use CAN tools and interfaces to communicate with, monitor, and debug BMS hardware during bring-up and testing.
  • Diagnose hardware faults at the board and component level and perform root-cause investigation alongside hardware engineers.
  • Update and reconfigure existing PCBAs to reflect engineering change orders (ECOs) and design revisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of builds, modifications, test procedures, and equipment calibration status.
  • Keep the lab organized, safe, and compliant with ESD, electrical safety, and battery-handling practices.
  • Support engineers with prototype assembly, cable harness fabrication, and general lab tasks as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
