Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lab Computing Analyst to support Windows 11 upgrade and IT asset management projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows 11 deployments, hardware/software troubleshooting, laboratory computing environments, and IT asset management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Windows 11 upgrades, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and support computer hardware, peripherals, and laboratory systems.
  • Support asset inventory, hardware tracking, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Manage tickets and documentation using ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and support inventory reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT support experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows 11 deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SCCM, ServiceNow, and Jira.
  • Hardware installation, imaging, and peripheral support.
  • Asset management and inventory tracking experience.
  • Laboratory or pharmaceutical IT experience is preferred.
