Location: Hybrid (Lakeland, FL): To support our hybrid work model, candidates must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a commutable distance of Lakeland, FL. Your Impact
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions
- Build, enhance, and support software applications that keep systems running efficiently and reliably
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve defects and performance issues
- Follow industry standards and controls (e.g., SOX) to support financially regulated systems
- Improve application performance, resiliency, and scalability to support high transaction volumes
- Create and maintain clear documentation for software, including architecture, APIs, and user guides

The Accounting Systems team is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join a collaborative team focused on enhancing already in production complex systems and creating technical enhancements for manual business processes.
