- Define ERP KPIs and success measures.
Governance
- Establish enterprise business process standards across all functions.
- Serve as executive escalation point for business process conflicts.
- Approve all significant ERP design decisions.
- Champion a configuration-first philosophy by maximizing adoption of native NetSuite capabilities while governing and approving all significant customizations and architectural exceptions.
- Balance business needs with configuration-first NetSuite design principles and governance.
- Ensure effective NetSuite governance, including function/feature development prioritization, release management, testing, change management, and overall user adoption and satisfaction.
Business Transformation
- Partner with business leaders to redesign business processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Lead continuous improvement of quote/order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, inventory management, purchasing and supplier management, logistics order management, landed cost management and reconciliation, customer-compliant billing, revenue recognition, treasure management, and enterprise financial reporting and analytics.
- Champion master data quality and discipline, including for customers, suppliers, items, pricing, locations, inventory, chart of accounts, and related process-critical data elements.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure ERP platform delivers reliable, scalable, and efficient business operations across the enterprise, including frictionless transaction processing, timely and effective exception management, and improved overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure efficient and balanced NetSuite system performance across transaction processing and reporting.
- Partner with IT Enterprise Architecture to define and optimize the ERP ecosystem and integration architecture; ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and other business systems.
Innovation
- Evaluate embedded AI capabilities, workflow automation, and newly released NetSuite functionality to determine business value, timing, organizational readiness, and opportunities for adoption across Infinity Global.
Leadership
- Build trusted relationships across the organization and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and develop the organization's long-term ERP capabilities, talent, and operating model.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has led global, multi-site NetSuite implementations and guided the platform through stabilization, governance, and continuous optimization. This leader brings deep NetSuite functional expertise, strong business and financial acumen, excellent communication skills, executive presence, and a consultative leadership style. They build trust naturally, respectfully challenge existing processes where suboptimal, and helps the organization move toward simpler, more scalable operating models. Consultative, intellectually curious, and financially savvy, this leader must be recognized as a trusted business advisor even more than an ERP technology leader.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive ERP leadership experience with increasing leadership responsibility (including significant NetSuite experience).
- Multiple full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
- Deep functional expertise and understanding of finance/accounting, order management, procurement, inventory accounting, freight and logistics, billing, and the interconnectedness of all within the NetSuite application suite.

Leadership Competencies
- Business partner first; technology leader second.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Enterprise thinker capable of balancing company-wide objectives over functional preferences.
- Drives organizational change through influence rather than authority.
- Exceptional communicator capable of influencing executives, business partners, and front-line users alike.
- Balances strategic vision with disciplined execution.
- Champions simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration and consensus building around optimal solution development.
- Balances NetSuite technical debt, innovation, and operational stability within budgetary constraints.
- Makes difficult prioritization decisions using business value, risk, and strategic alignment.
- Creates clarity amid competing stakeholder demands.
- Coaches and develops ERP functional talent.
- Champions enterprise governance over departmental optimization.
- Ability to partner with Finance and other business leaders to improve operational and executive reporting.
- Ability to inspire others to understand more and accomplish more across system and business processes.
- Collaborative, humble, intellectually curious, results oriented, and customer-focused leader who naturally builds trust across the organization.
