Job description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud SFDC professional to design implement enhance and support Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that enable sales teams to operate efficiently and effectively The role involves close collaboration with sales business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Salesforce aligns with business processes data standards and reporting needs, Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation Support Configure and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud features including Leads Accounts Contacts Opportunities Campaigns and Forecasting Customize objects fields page layouts record types validation rules and automation Flows Workflow Rules Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions Support endtoend sales processes from lead management through opportunity closure and revenue reporting Automation Data Integrations Design and implement process automation using Salesforce Flow to improve sales productivity and data accuracy Ensure data quality integrity and governance within Salesforce Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems ERP marketing tools data platforms using standard connectors or APIs Reporting Analytics Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support pipeline management forecasting and executive insights Partner with sales leadership to define meaningful KPIs and metrics in Salesforce Sales Cloud
Requirements
Experience with Apex programming SOQL APIs or Lightning Web Components LWC is a plus Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities Einstein predictive forecasting Experience working in AgileScrum delivery environments Skills
