Job description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Analyst to join our digital product team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of intuitive, user-centered web experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging interfaces, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and web applications that align with business objectives and user needs., * Design user-centric web and digital experiences that align with business and user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Leverage and contribute to established design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Design web page layouts, user interface components, graphics, icons, color schemes, and visual assets.
- Conduct UX research activities and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain front-end web components and web applications using modern web technologies.
- Support website and web application deployment in partnership with technical teams.
- Ensure adherence to web standards, accessibility principles, security guidelines, and usability best practices.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
- Participate in product launch planning and digital experience enhancements.
- Monitor and support website performance, design quality, and user engagement.
- Document design decisions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design capabilities with a solid understanding of front-end technologies and user experience principles. This role is well-suited for a creative professional who enjoys solving design challenges, improving usability, and transforming requirements into compelling digital experiences., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Web Design, or Front-End Development.
- Experience designing digital products, websites, or web applications from concept to implementation.
- Experience creating high-fidelity designs, user flows, prototypes, and interactive experiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design expertise and visual design capabilities., * Strong experience in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, and User-Centered Design principles.
- Proficiency in User Experience (UX) research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Expertise in Visual Design, including web graphics, iconography, color theory, and creative concept development.
- Experience designing responsive websites, web applications, and digital product interfaces.
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, CSS3 Animations, and Front-End Development best practices.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and React.js.
- Experience applying design systems, web standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with Web Development, website management, web services, and web security concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements analysis skills.
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and independent-thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Desired (Good-to-Have) Skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise design systems and component libraries.
