The Data Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets service operational and environmental compliance data to provide actionable insights that support business operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. This role develops and automates reports, dashboards, KPI metrics, and analytical models using Power BI, Excel, SAP, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft 365 tools while ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy. The position partners with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, support environmental stewardship and regulatory reporting, and communicate key insights that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement., * Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, SAP, Business Warehouse, Power Query, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret operational and environmental compliance data, ensuring data integrity while identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare business and regulatory reports, monitor changing environmental requirements, and recommend solutions to support compliance and operational objectives.
- Design data models, automate reporting processes and workflows, and improve reporting efficiency through Power Automate and other analytics tools.
- Support service operations, sustainability, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis through KPI reporting and data-driven recommendations.
- Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders, maintain reporting documentation and standards, support audits and compliance activities, and collaborate across business units to improve reporting processes and decision-making
Requirements
- Candidates MUST be able to work directly on a W2 without sponsorship. NO C2C or OPT!
- Seeking candidates with strong Power BI & Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot tables, formulas), * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or environmental compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, Power Query) and experience with Power BI.
- Experience with SAP (and/or Business Objects or SAP BW).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills with experience managing large datasets.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience with reporting automation tools such as Power Automate, SQL, or Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
- Familiarity with environmental compliance or EPR programs and related regulations is a plus.
