Real Time Systems Engineer

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing, employee-owned company supporting Department of War (DoW) weapon system development and test, is searching for a talented Real Time Systems Engineer to join our development team. We are looking for an engineer or scientist with expertise in Computer-in-the-Loop (CIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SWIL), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL), and Directed Energy (DE) weapon software and firmware/Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) development. The candidate will work with a team of scientists and engineers to develop and test DE weapons. Activities will include hard-and soft-realtime software development and test, hardware control algorithm development, and integration of control and monitoring software with mixed signal systems.
