Job description
We're looking for a Network Engineer to join a growing infrastructure team supporting multiple healthcare facilities throughout the Las Vegas market.
This role is hands-on and onsite. You'll spend your time troubleshooting real network issues, supporting critical infrastructure, and helping keep systems online in environments where downtime isn't an option. If you're someone who likes digging into networking problems, working with Cisco equipment, and being part of a team that takes ownership of its environment, this could be a great fit.
The team supports several hospitals and freestanding facilities across the area, so every day tends to be a little different. Some days might be spent troubleshooting connectivity issues or wireless problems, while others involve infrastructure upgrades, new deployments, or helping resolve incidents impacting end users and clinical operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support Cisco-based network infrastructure across multiple sites
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and connectivity issues
- Monitor network performance and help resolve outages quickly
- Perform root cause analysis on network-related incidents
- Assist with network upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure projects
- Work with local and enterprise IT teams to maintain standards and best practices
- Help support business-critical systems that require high availability

Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on networking experience
- Strong understanding of Cisco networking fundamentals
- Experience supporting routers, switches, and wireless environments
- Ability to troubleshoot network outages and performance issues
- Familiarity with routing, switching, network topology, and diagnostics
- Experience working in larger enterprise environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
