Job description
The IT Support Analyst plays a critical role, working closely with the business and across the Information Technology organization. They are responsible for providing technical assistance and support, as well as planning and maintaining helpdesk and deskside support services related to end users and computer systems. The role also includes IT related project implementation and deploying systems based on business and user requirements. This position involves troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems, and promptly implementing solutions to ensure smooth IT operations within the organization., * Respond promptly to user inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, IM, ServiceDesk tickets or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows OS problems utilizing Sysinternals utilities
- Install, configure, image, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Develop and maintain Windows OS images.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Assist with network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement IT projects and initiatives.
- Document technical solutions, processes, and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users as needed.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements and IT best practices.
- Adhere to IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to help resolve IT-related issues and requests.
- On-Site Support and working knowledge to support All IVC locations
General Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are desirable.
- 3+ years of previous experience in a Sr. IT support or a related role

- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

- Customer-oriented approach to service delivery., * Have you ever worked for International Vitamin Corporation (IVC), either directly or through a temp agency? (If yes, please provide dates of employment and whether it was direct or through an agency.)
- Do you have 3+ years of experience in a Senior IT Support or related role?
- Are you able to provide on-site support and travel across multiple locations in South Carolina as needed?
- Do you have hands-on experience with PC imaging/OS deployment tools (e.g., Entra, Intune, SCCM, WDS, Warehouse Operations and technologies) and Windows troubleshooting utilities (e.g., Sysinternals)?
- Can you describe your experience supporting and administering end user end points, desktop/laptop environments, including maintenance, troubleshooting, patching and upgrades and overall lifecycle management?
- Do you have experience supporting network infrastructure switches, routers, firewalls, and cabling (Cat5/Cat6)?
- Can you describe your experience supporting and administering server infrastructure, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades?
- Describe your experience managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Intune.
- What is your highest level of education completed, and do you hold any relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)? If none, please note "N/A."
