Enterprise Technical Project Manager and Information Technology Change Agent

This role functions as an Enterprise Technical Project Manager and acts as a senior change agent within the Technology Leadership Team.

As a member of a skilled and diverse team of project management professionals, the incumbent is responsible for providing project management services for clearly defined business-enabling technology initiatives. Additionally, the position assists in the management of IT Governance and supports the oversight of the agency-wide Information Technology Project Portfolio.

The role is granted broad authority to implement project management methodologies and deliver services designed to achieve successful business outcomes., 2. Describe your leadership experience demonstrating an ability to create a clear vision, set goals and expectations, motivate initiatives at all levels, and exercise sound judgement in information technology organizations in support of mission, vision, and goals.

3. Provide a description of the most complex technical initiative(s) you have successfully completed involving multi-tenant and/or multi-cloud environment.
4. Provide a description of your experience in implementing a new enterprise technology solution into an organization and what security controls did you deployed to ensure the enterprise was secure.
5. Provide an example of when you had to learn something new? What did you learn from this experience? Describe your experience in establishing collaborative relationships and resolving disagreements between and/or among multiple stakeholders at various levels.

The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of experience and knowledge expertise in the practices, principles, and techniques of information technology program and project management. Have in dept experience and knowledge of system engineering domains and project management methodologies. Knowledge and experience in information technology governance processes and procedures; contract and vendor management; and organizational change management. Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable but not required.
