Job description

As a Paraplanner / Technical Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Planners by undertaking detailed research, analysing clients' financial circumstances and assisting in the creation of tailored financial planning solutions that deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Working closely with advisers and the wider team, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant advice while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence and outstanding client service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Paraplanning or similar technical financial planning role. \n

  • A minimum Diploma in Financial Planning. \n

  • Advanced Diploma, Chartered Financial Planner or CFP qualifications would be advantageous. \n

  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, investments and industry regulations. \n

  • Experience using financial planning software and research tools. \n

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n

  • Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. \n

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a close-knit team. \n

  • A genuine passion for financial planning and helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. \n
