Job description
- Develop and maintain recurring operational, financial, and clinical reports.
- Create dashboards that provide actionable insights across key business areas.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support quality, compliance, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to provide data analysis for strategic projects and organizational initiatives.
- Evaluate operational workflows and recommend process improvements through data-driven analysis.
- Analyze revenue cycle and accounts receivable data to identify trends and improve performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and deliver clear, executive-level reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, finance, operations, quality, or compliance.
- Experience working with healthcare operational, financial, or clinical data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, meaningful way.
Preferred:
- Experience in an FQHC, community health, or mission-driven healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance reporting., * Bachelor's (Required), * Data analytics: 3 years (Required)
