Job description
The Systems Analyst within Corporate Services Technology, supporting Fidelity Associate Benefits, plays a key role in planning, coordinating, documenting, and implementing technology solutions that enable compliant, efficient, and high-quality Benefits services. This role partners closely with engineers, product leadership, business stakeholders, and external vendors to translate complex business needs into clearly defined solutions, while supporting execution and delivery across vendor implementations, eligibility file processes, certificates, documentation, integrations, and ongoing Benefits platform support., * Enable Fidelity Associate Benefits to optimally plan and execute technology initiatives through clear requirements, strong documentation, and coordinated vendor implementation support.
- Improve delivery predictability and outcomes by proactively managing dependencies, risks, and execution details.
- Reduce operational and regulatory risk by ensuring Benefits solutions, eligibility files, certificates, and vendor processes are well-defined, well-documented, validated, and compliant.
- Strengthen collaboration between Benefits stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors by providing clarity, structure, and continuity across implementation initiatives.

Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst supporting enterprise technology platforms in regulated environments.
- Proven ownership of requirements definition, solution analysis, and delivery coordination across complex initiatives.
- Experience working closely with Benefits, HR, Risk, Compliance, Corporate Services, or vendor management organizations.
- Strong understanding of system development lifecycles, from planning and analysis through implementation and release.
- Experience coordinating delivery activities such as dependency management, milestone planning, and release readiness.
- Working knowledge of data privacy, records retention, security, and compliance requirements applicable to Benefits systems, eligibility data, and vendor integrations.
- Experience supporting vendor-hosted or SaaS solutions and system integrations.
- Experience supporting new vendor implementations, including certificates, eligibility files, process documentation, data validation, and implementation readiness.

- Strong communication and facilitation skills to align stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and delivery partners.
- Ability to define, document, and support eligibility file requirements, certificate processes, data exchanges, and vendor implementation procedures.
- Ability to balance multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining transparency and predictability.
