Job description

Over two exciting years, you'll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team's daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you'll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

You will act as the interface between the business and our offshore providers, supporting SAP application maintenance and project delivery across a range of Finance and Controlling (FICO) topics.

  • Drive standardized FICOprocesses and SAP best practices
  • Gather requirements andsupport SAP FICO solution design
  • Coordinate offshorepartners; ensure quality and SLAs

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Understanding of financeprocesses (e.g., accounting, controlling)
  • Relevant experience throughinternships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanentwork experience of up to 36 months is welcome
  • Minimum of 3 months ofinternational experience gained through studying or working preferred
  • Excellent English skills toengage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness forinternational travel.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers
