- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related disciplines
- Strong hands-on AWS experience supporting production environments
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes administration and containerized workloads
- Expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with Python or Go
- Strong understanding of networking, security, IAM, and cloud architecture
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms
- Experience supporting highly available production systems
Desired Skills & Experience
- Healthcare, regulated industry, or compliance-focused environment experience
- GitOps experience utilizing ArgoCD
- Experience with Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus
- Service mesh exposure
- Secrets management experience
- Previous startup or high-growth company experience
- Mentorship and technical leadership experience
