Assist with game day and event operations and management, including set up of select in-venue signage, hospitality events/suites, and game day displays

Fulfillment of on and off-field/court promotions for corporate sponsors (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)

Preparation of proposals/presentations using PowerPoint

Use of proprietary company system to assist with creating reports, providing analysis, market research, Filing and data entry
-
Communication with various departments of Athletics and promotions personnel as well as Sports Properties sales staff. Some direct communication with clients/partners

Office and administrative support

Assist with game day program sales

Handle other miscellaneous duties and projects as needed
Requirements
Learfield is actively seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to work on campus. Our highly valued Coordinators are a critical piece of our puzzle! Without their contributions, the property could not deliver on its commitments. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our team!, * Experience in a Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing related role is preferred
