Senior Solutions Design manager in Northampton

The Senior Solutions Design Manager role focuses on designing compelling warehouse contract logistics solutions. This permanent hybrid position based 1-2 days in Northampton offers the opportunity to lead solutions design projects for new tender, and also optimise operations for existing customers.

• A strong background in logistics or supply chain management within the transport and distribution industry. \n

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing distribution solutions. \n

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. \n

• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. \n

• Experience analysing data (excel) \n

• Expertise using warehouse design /layout tools (AutoCAD, CLASS, Sketch up) \n

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

• Develop and implement tailored logistics solutions to meet client requirements. \n

• Manage the end-to-end design process for distribution and supply chain projects. \n

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. \n

• Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimise processes. \n

• Prepare and present detailed proposals and design solutions to clients and senior management. \n

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project delivery. \n

• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. \n

• Support the development of innovative strategies to enhance service offerings. \n
