Job description
Our approach is white-glove, not bargain-bin. We move quickly, think critically, communicate exceptionally well, and always put the user experience first. We take pride in making technology feel effortless for our clients, whether we're assisting an executive, a new employee, or an entire organization.
The Opportunity
We're growing and looking for experienced systems support professionals who combine broad technical expertise with exceptional client service.
This role is ideal for someone who is a little overqualified for a traditional IT support role-someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives with autonomy, takes ownership of problems until they're fully resolved, and collaborates when appropriate without relying on constant escalation.
You'll provide white-glove support to everyone from front-line staff to directors, executives, and C-suite leadership. You'll own issues from beginning to end, build trusted client relationships, and become the person clients know they can count on when technology matters.
If your favorite part of IT is helping people while solving challenging technical problems-and you enjoy the variety that comes from supporting multiple organizations-we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Provide responsive, white-glove technical support to C-suite executives, senior leaders, directors, managers, and end users.
- Own technical issues from first contact through complete resolution.
- Build trusted relationships by communicating proactively and keeping clients informed.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and user lifecycle activities.
- Provision and deprovision users, licenses, permissions, shared mailboxes, Microsoft 365 Groups, and distribution lists.
- Manage MFA, Conditional Access, and identity-related security.
- Deploy, configure, administer, and support Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Troubleshoot networking issues including DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and firewall fundamentals.
- Support printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
- Use remote monitoring and management tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Participate in Microsoft 365 migrations, technology upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Perform root-cause analysis instead of implementing temporary fixes.
- Document work clearly so teammates and clients benefit from your knowledge.
- Occasionally assist after hours during planned maintenance, projects, or critical outages., We're looking for someone who:
- Genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Enjoys solving complex technical problems.
- Owns problems until they are fully resolved.
- Requires minimal supervision.
- Thinks critically and independently.
- Communicates exceptionally well.
- Keeps clients informed throughout the troubleshooting process.
- Documents work thoroughly.
- Takes accountability for outcomes.
- Follows through on commitments.
- Learns new technologies quickly.
- Can prioritize multiple issues without being micromanaged.
- Treats every client with professionalism and respect.
- Is dependable, responsive, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
- Is willing to occasionally work after hours when necessary.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting multiple organizations or business units.
- MSP or IT consulting experience.
- Microsoft 365 migrations.
- PowerShell automation.
- Fortinet experience.
- Hyper-V.
- VMware.
- Experience supporting healthcare, legal, financial, or other professional-service organizations.
- Experience providing executive or C-suite support.
What We Value
We are intentionally building a team of experienced technical professionals.
We value:
- Helping people.
- Ownership.
- Integrity.
- Accountability.
- Exceptional client service.
- Professional communication.
- Curiosity and continuous learning.
- Calm under pressure.
- Documentation.
- Teamwork.
We hire for attitude and ownership just as much as technical ability. We can teach a new technology much faster than we can teach professionalism, empathy, communication, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping people succeed.
