As a Tax Innovation - Software Engineering - Experienced Associate, you will focus on developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will use your technical skills to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

  • Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
  • Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Collaborating with team members to address client challenges and scope project requirements
  • Applying knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to create efficient software solutions
  • Utilizing application frameworks and platforms like Spring Boot and React Native for software development
  • Engaging in continuous integration and delivery processes to streamline software deployment
  • Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain quality software standards
  • Managing APIs and microservices to support enterprise application integration
  • Analyzing business requirements to inform software design and development strategies
  • Participating in quality assurance testing to validate software functionality and performance
  • Adapting to a fast-paced environment and contributing to team success through reliable and consistent work
  • Building a personal brand by taking ownership of projects and delivering value to clients

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 years of experience

  • Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
  • Utilizing API Management and Application Development skills
  • Excelling in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Requirements Analysis

  • Paid holidays, The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $153,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
