Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Epic Tapestry Enrollment and Eligibility workflows.

Build and maintain member enrollment structures, eligibility rules, coverage records, and benefit-related configurations.

Configure and test member correspondence and letter generation processes.

Collaborate with business, operations, and compliance stakeholders to validate enrollment and eligibility requirements.

Develop test scripts, execute integrated testing, and support go-live activities.
-
Provide production support, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer throughout the implementation lifecycle., + Design, build, and implement Epic Campaigns functionality to support member outreach and engagement initiatives.

Configure campaign workflows, audience criteria, communication templates, and automation rules.

Partner with business stakeholders to define campaign objectives and operational requirements.

Develop and execute testing plans to ensure campaign functionality meets business expectations.

Support reporting and monitoring of campaign effectiveness and operational performance.

Participate in go-live support and post-implementation optimization activities., + Lead the design and build of Utilization Management workflows within Epic Tapestry.

Configure Appeals and Grievances functionality, including case management workflows, work queues, routing rules, and tracking processes.

Collaborate with compliance, clinical, and operational teams to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into system design.

Support workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and implementation activities.

Develop documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.

Provide go-live support and facilitate knowledge transfer to operational teams., + Lead the configuration and implementation of provider and payer contract administration functionality within Epic Tapestry.

Build contract models, reimbursement methodologies, pricing structures, fee schedules, and contract terms.

Partner with business and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and validate contract configurations.

Support contract testing, claims validation, and reimbursement accuracy reviews.

Provide documentation, operational procedures, and comprehensive knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Assist with go-live support and post-implementation optimization efforts.
Requirements

Previous Epic Tapestry implementation experience.
-
Strong understanding of payer operations, member enrollment, and eligibility workflows.
-
Experience building member communications and letters., + Experience implementing Epic Campaigns in a payer environment.
-
Knowledge of member engagement, outreach, and communication strategies.
-
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Analyst
Certification Required
-
Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Certification, + Prior experience implementing Appeals and Grievances workflows within Epic Tapestry.

Knowledge of payer regulatory requirements and utilization management processes.
-
Experience working with cross-functional clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Epic Tapestry Contracts Administration Analyst
Certification Required
-
Epic Tapestry Contracts Administration Certification, + Prior Epic Tapestry contracts implementation experience.

Strong understanding of healthcare payer contracting and reimbursement methodologies.
-
Experience delivering knowledge transfer and analyst mentoring.
General Requirements (All Roles)

Active Epic certification in the required application area.

Previous Epic Tapestry implementation experience strongly preferred.

Experience across requirements gathering, build, testing, training, go-live, and production support.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment.

Healthcare payer experience highly preferred.
Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $90.00/hr.
