Job description
As a project coordinator, you will play a key role in guiding the successful execution of the system staging bay processes. You will foster strong relationships with work partners at all levels and provide regular updates on progress to ensure expectations are aligned, while collaborating with internal teams and ensuring smooth project execution., * Leader Standard Work: Support standard daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including prioritizing the cable loft queue, adjusting schedule, assignment of project pods, maintaining Build Project Priority Sheet, and updating documentation in pods.
- Post Shipment & Delivery: Manage holds on material, obtain project manager approval for shipping, maintain post-shipment material skids, and oversee process.
- Event Pod Support: Coordinate activities required for demos with Project Manager inputs.
- Meeting Support: Actively participate in PL/Bay Project Reviews and Pod kick-offs.
- Material and Order Management: Support project requirements for RMA process, non-demand lines, and track incoming materials.
Requirements
- Workspace Tools: Proficiency in complex calendar management; intermediate proficiency in data tracking. Google Workspace preferred.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with both hourly plant workers and cross-functional team leads.
- Adaptability: Solution-oriented mindset capable of pivoting when priorities or schedules shift unexpectedly.
- Education: Associates Degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years working in a cross-functional organization. Experience in project coordination and Oracle system preferred., * High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
