Five9 Contact Center Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Five9 Support Engineer to support and maintain a cloud-based contact center platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Five9 administration, SIP/VoIP troubleshooting, IVR configuration, call routing, and production support in an enterprise contact center environment., * Administer and support the Five9 Cloud Contact Center platform

• Configure users, agents, queues, skills, campaigns, and IVR workflows
• Troubleshoot SIP/VoIP, call routing, and voice quality issues
• Monitor platform performance and resolve production incidents
• Support dial plans, call flows, and contact center operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a reliable, high-performing contact center environment

• 3+ years of experience supporting the Five9 platform
• Strong experience with Five9 administration and configuration
• Hands-on experience with SIP, VoIP, IVR, call routing, and dial plans
• Experience troubleshooting production issues in a contact center environment
• Knowledge of incident management and enterprise support processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience supporting cloud contact center environments
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
